In addition, every team member must demonstrate a proven track record on past assignments, positive reference checks, and evidence of required skills before we place them on a team.

  2. Timely Problem Resolution. SynTec management, and client account representatives are available 24 hours a day to both our customers and our personnel. We realize that problems or unforeseen challenges may arise from time to time, and we are prepared to meet those challenges quickly and professionally.

Under this program, we offer access to educational and training material to improve the skills of our employees.
